In addition, when the degree of operation is too large, causing the front part of the excavator to lift up, the excavator may be tilted forward due to the broken rock. The body or the guard of the breaker is struck by striking the stone to cause damage.

The above situation should be avoided as much as possible; due to improper earthquake return, it will be transmitted back to the excavator itself. Therefore, when carrying out the strike work, it should be confirmed that each operation is correct loading; the other crusher should be inspected and maintained more completely when not in use.

When running the crushing work, please confirm that the direction of the strut is perpendicular to the surface of the striking object and keep it as much as possible. If the surface of the striking object is inclined, the drill rod may slide away from the surface. In this case, the drill rod will be damaged and the piston will be affected. When crushing, please select the appropriate hit point and confirm that the drill rod is indeed stable before hitting.

Broken correct work instructions

1. When the tubing is found to be loose, stop working immediately.

When the crusher high pressure or low pressure hose is excessively loose, stop working immediately and repair it immediately. At the same time, for the sake of caution, it is advisable to check whether there is any oil leakage in other places at the same time. The operator should strictly pay attention to the situation of the strike point.

2. Avoid letting the breakers hit without a hit.

When the rock or the hitter has been crushed, stop the blower action immediately. The untargeted impact will only cause the front and body screws to loosen and damage, and even worse the excavator body. In the event of a purposeless blow, the impact will be caused by shaking the breaker in addition to improper insertion.

3. Do not push heavy objects or large stones with a breaker.

Do not use the guard plate as a tool to push heavy objects during work. Otherwise, it will only cause the slab screws, the drill rod to rupture and damage the breaker, and even cause the arm to break.

4, do not use the drill rod with a crowbar

When the crushing operation is carried out, if the attempt is made to shake the rocker to shake the rock, the main screw and the drill rod may be broken.

5. Do not use the strike action for more than one minute.

When you strike for more than one minute at the same fixed point and fail to break the target, please change the selected point of the strike and try again. Trying to strike at the same fixed point will only cause excessive loss of the drill rod.

6. When the target is a larger or harder stone, please choose to perform the crushing operation from the edge.

Regardless of the larger and harder stones, choosing to strike from the edge is usually easier to break.

7. Please select the appropriate engine speed when operating the breaker.

The crushing operation is carried out at a suitable engine speed. Usually, when the engine speed is increased to exceed the required rotation speed, the strength of the hammer is not enhanced. On the contrary, this will cause the temperature of the hydraulic oil to rise rapidly, resulting in a decrease in lubrication capacity and working ability, thereby damaging the breaker. And excavator hydraulic system.

8. Do not crush in water or muddy ground.

Except for the drill rod, the rest of the breaker should not be immersed in water or mud. Parts such as pistons and other similar functions will accumulate sludge, which will cause premature wear of the breaker.

9. Do not let the breaker hit the rock in a fast fall.

When the crusher is quickly dropped and hit hard on the surface of the hard rock, it will cause excessive impact damage to the breaker and the excavator body, causing damage to the parts.

10. Do not work when the cylinders of the excavator are fully extended or fully retracted.
